Celebrating Women Who Empower Women

The Girl’s Girl Awards honors organizations, individuals, and Friend groups who have gone above and beyond to uplift, support, and empower women in their communities, careers, and personal lives. In line with the mission of ROM8 Wellness and the Envision Me Conference, we recognize the vital role that women play in inspiring and encouraging each other to live fully in their purpose. Whether it's through mentorship, advocacy, community building, or leading by example, these women represent what it means to be a true "Girl's Girl."

1. Empowering Organization of the Year

  • This award honors an organization that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting and empowering women and girls. This group has made a significant impact through programs, outreach, or community service focused on education, wellness, mental health, entrepreneurship, or another area that uplifts women. Nominees should exemplify what it means to create lasting change and provide valuable resources that inspire growth and resilience.

2. Trailblazer Individual Award

  • Description: This award is for an individual who exemplifies leadership and vision, blazing a path for other women to follow. This person is recognized not only for her achievements but also for her dedication to mentoring, encouraging, and creating opportunities for other women. A true “trailblazer,” she has made a notable impact in her field or community, breaking barriers and setting an inspiring example of resilience and purpose.

3. Inspiring Friend Group Award

  • This award celebrates a friend group that embodies the spirit of unity, support, and empowerment. This group uplifts one another and demonstrates what it means to be “a sister’s keeper,” creating an unbreakable bond that strengthens each individual in the group. Whether through personal support, shared projects, or community service, this group inspires others by showing the power of friendship and collaboration among women.

4. Community Impact Award

  • Description: Recognizing an individual or group that has made a profound difference in their local community, this award honors those who dedicate their time and energy to volunteer work, advocacy, and public service. Nominees are known for going above and beyond to make their community a better place, particularly for women and girls, and serve as role models of selflessness and compassion.

5. Faithful Encourager Award

  • Description: This award is for a woman who actively encourages and uplifts other women through her faith and actions. She is a spiritual support for her friends, family, and community, consistently offering words of encouragement, wisdom, and kindness that make a lasting impact. This nominee is recognized for her commitment to spreading hope, love, and strength in the lives of others.

6. Wellness Warrior Award

  • Description: Honoring someone who promotes wellness in mind, body, and spirit, this award is for an individual who advocates for holistic health practices that benefit women and girls. 7. Creative Catalyst Award

  • Description: This award celebrates a creative professional—artist, author, designer, or content creator—who uses her talents to inspire and elevate others. 8. Entrepreneurial Excellence Award

We invite you to nominate a deserving individual, Organization, OR Friend group for the Girl’s Girl Awards. The honorees will be recognized at our conference finale, the Envision Strength Brunch, on January 12th, 2025. Nominees must be able to attend the brunch to receive their award and share their story of impact.
